Free tools are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Users are responsible for reviewing generated files before publishing or relying on them.

Marketplace requirements

Marketplace specifications and recommendations can change. SellerPic presets are intended to make common listing-photo workflows easier, not to guarantee acceptance by any third-party marketplace.

Intellectual property

Simple Tech Press branding, site content, original software, documentation, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Future paid software

Paid SellerPic Pro licenses and subscriptions will be governed by the applicable software license and purchase terms presented at the time of sale.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Simple Tech Press adds advertising, analytics, ecommerce, accounts, paid software, or other services.
